- 1 Tbsp Green Cardamom Powder

How To Make-
Heat ghee in the heavy bottom pan, add all flour to it, and fry until they start aromatic. Keep this pan aside. Now heat another pan, add jaggery or sugar with ½ cup of water and cardamom powder, boil the mixture till it reaches the soft ball consistency. Now add roasted flour to it little by little but quickly, mix it well, and make sure there would be no lumps. Also, add crushed dry fruits and seeds. Now grease your hands and make the small rolling balls quickly.
2. Coconut Milk-Rice Pudding

- 1 Cup Coconut Powder

How To Prepare-

- 250-gram Mawa

- 1 Apple
- 1 Tbsp Ghee

- 2 ½ Cup Condensed Milk

How To Prepare-
Grate the apple, heat the pan, and add ghee and apple into it. Stir and cook it until the moisture evaporates. When it gets semi-dry, turn off the gas and let it cool down. Now boil the milk in another pan and let it reduce to ¾ to the original quantity. Stir continuously and add condensed milk now. Later add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously. Add some dry fruits at the top to garnish. You can serve it either hot or cold.
