- ½ Cup Each Flour (Ragi, Bajra, Wheat, Jowar),

- 1 Tbsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 1 Tbsp of Pure Ghee
How To Make-
Heat ghee in the heavy bottom pan, add all flour to it, and fry until they start aromatic. Keep this pan aside. Now heat another pan, add jaggery or sugar with ½ cup of water and cardamom powder, boil the mixture till it reaches the soft ball consistency. Now add roasted flour to it little by little but quickly, mix it well, and make sure there would be no lumps. Also, add crushed dry fruits and seeds. Now grease your hands and make the small rolling balls quickly.
2. Coconut Milk-Rice Pudding
Another healthiest and nutrient full sweet is coconut milk-rice pudding. It can be a quick Diwali sweet recipe that you make within a couple of minutes. - 1 Cup Coconut Powder
- 1 Cup Mawa

How To Prepare-

4. Kaju Katli

- 250-gram Cashew
- 250-gram Mawa
- 100-gram sugar powder
How To Prepare-
Make a fine powder of cashew. Heat your mawa, add sugar & cashew powder to it. Mix and heat the mixture well. Now grease a plate and spread the mixture over the plate and keep aside to let it set. When it starts getting thick, cut small diagonal pieces and get out of the plate when it gets set completely.
5. Apple Kheer

- 1 Apple
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- 2 Cup Fresh Milk
- 2 ½ Cup Condensed Milk
- Dry Fruits (as per your choice)
- ¼ Teaspoon green Cardamom Powder
How To Prepare-
Grate the apple, heat the pan, and add ghee and apple into it. Stir and cook it until the moisture evaporates. When it gets semi-dry, turn off the gas and let it cool down. Now boil the milk in another pan and let it reduce to ¾ to the original quantity. Stir continuously and add condensed milk now. Later add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously. Add some dry fruits at the top to garnish. You can serve it either hot or cold.
