- 1 Kg tomato
- 2 gram jasmine tea
- 2 gram thyme
- 1 gram tabasco
- 1 gram of truffle oil
- Salt to salt
- Garlic bread (optional)

How to prepare
- Wash, peel and remove the seeds from tomatoes
- Boil them to make a smooth paste
- Strain the puree, add salt, pepper, fresh thyme, and tabasco

- When the Jasmine tea is boiled, mix tomato puree into it
- Heat the mixture (soup), drizzle truffle oil, and serve with garlic bread

How to prepare
- Place all veggies, beetroot, bottle gourd, onion, tomato, and potato in a pan with two cups of water
- Bring it to a boil and then sim the heat till the veggies are soft
- Once done, cool it down and blend.

- 4 tbsp maida
- 4 cups water

How to prepare
- Chop mushrooms and almonds finely
