Ivermectin Found Effective in Reducing Morbidity and Mortality

Although several clinical trials are now underway to examine a possible treatment to COVID-19, the results have largely been limited to monitoring. After several research, Ivermectin-FDA approved anti-parasite drug is found helpful in treating Coronavirus. .It is also used to treat various neglected tropical diseases such as Scabies, Onchocerciasis, and Helminthiases.

Peer-reviewed research has claimed that the medicine can be used to end the COVID-19 pandemic, as the medicine found effective in significantly reducing risks of contracting deadly respiratory problems when used regularly. 

According to the reports, the Peer-reviewed is conducted by clinical experts, which significantly includes three Government Senior Scientists. The news was published in the American Journal of Therapeutics while claiming the research is the most comprehensive review of the available data taken from clinical, in vitro, animal, and real-world studies. 

After the published peer-reviewed studies, manuscripts, expert meta-analyses, epidemiological analyses of the region shows that Ivermectin is effective in prophylaxis and treatment for COVID-19 – led by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC).

“We did the work that the medical authorities failed to do, we conducted the most comprehensive review of the available data on Ivermectin” – said Pierre Kry, MD, President and Chief Medical Officer of FLCCC. He added- “We applied the gold standard to qualify the data reviewed before conducting that Ivermectin can end this pandemic.”

Numerous meta-analyses of Ivermectin RCT’s published by experts from the UK, Spain, Italy, and Japan, in which they found a large significant reduction in mortality, recovery time, and reduced viral infection in COVID-19 patients who had given Ivermectin.

“Our last research shows, once again, that when the totality of the evidence is examined, there is no doubt that Ivermectin is highly effective as a prophylaxis and treatment for COVID-19.” – said Paul E. Mark, founding member of the FLCCC and Chief, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medical at Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Since the research found success, Ivermectin is recognized as a powerful prophylaxis and treatment for Covid-19. Several countries like South Africa, India, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Zimbabwe have approved the use of the drug by medical professionals.

In a previous study, the Ivermectin distribution campaign repeatedly led to a “Rapid population-wide decrease in Morbidity and Mortality.”

“We are calling on regional public health authorities and medical professionals around the world to demand that Ivermectin be included in their standard of care right away so we can end this pandemic once and for all,”- said Mark.
