4. Criss-cross your legs
You might find it funny what we’re going to tell you next but it really does work. Curious to know what that is? Just get up from your chair, put your right leg over the left and sit down in the same posture. Now stand up in the same posture, put your leg down and repeat the process with your left leg.
Another smiler exercise that you can perform to balance your body is place your right leg on the top of the left and sit in the same position. Now put your leg down, get up from the chair and put your left leg on the top of the right and sit in the same position.

5. Let get a little adventurous with your chair
It sounds a bit crazy but yes it will work. Just stand close to your chair and climb on the right leg. (Make sure you’re not using a moving chair). Now come down in your position and climb the chair with your left leg this time. Try this tactic 2-3 times on each side. Though it is quite funny and risky, nevertheless you can perform it to kick your tiredness.
