The gel helps the skin seem beautiful and plump once it has settled. It has a lighter consistency than typical Aloe Vera Gel. Although aloe gel is totally absorbed, it leaves a wet feeling behind. The Ponds Super Light Gel has a watery feel that is similar to the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel.

Fragrance

The fragrance is flowery and mild. The odour does not linger for long; it dissipates within a few minutes. Thankfully, unlike Pond’s Cold Cream, this one does not have a strong scent.

The Ponds Super Light Gel moisturiser is quite light in weight and distributes smoothly across the face. If you’ve ever used a gel-based product, you’ve probably seen how some gels just slip right off your fingertips when you try to apply them. After excessive use, the Pond’s oil-free gel leaves no sticky residue or creates a heavy feeling. If used too much, the face can get sweaty, therefore it is advised to use it under sunscreen and apply it in little amounts.

Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, sodium acetylated hyaluronate, and/or sodium hyaluronate are all HA components to search for in any skincare product. Ponds Super Light Gel includes both surface-active hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate (which works on a deeper level).
